（1）起步階段（2000年～2002年）

• 2000年：產品起步；成功研發電子警察產品系統、信號機控制系統；獲得第1項專利。

• 2001年：綜合銷售、服務起步；推出綜合指揮調度系統；承接了國內第1個城市智能交通系統－湖南郴州市交通指揮中心建設。

Sold comprehensively and start from service; launched the integrated command and dispatch system; undertook the first domestic intelligent transport system 

project in Chenzhou city, Hunan Province-the traffic command center.

• 2002年：成功進入高速公路市場；承接了國內第1個高速公路通信設備項目－河南商開高速。

Successfully entered into the highway market; undertook the first highway communication project in Henan Province.

（2）發展階段（2003年～2005年）

• 2003年：高速公路銷售市場達19個??；市場占有率達到33%。

 Highway project market involved 19 provinces; the market share achieved 33%.

• 2004年：推出高速公路綜合解決方案；市場占有率達到45%；開發綜合平臺。

 Developed the highway comprehensive solution; the market share achieved 45%; we also researched and developed the visualizing transportation integrated platform.

• 2005年：高速公路市場占有率達50%；啟動研發車牌識別系列產品；獲得交通綜合平臺軟件著權；開發應急救援系統。

The highway market share achieved 50%; acquired the Copyright of traffic integrated platform software; developed the emergency rescue system.

（3）轉型階段（2006年～2009年）

• 2006年：開辟鐵路交通通信市場和城市交通市場，市場涵蓋軌道交通、城市交通、高速公路三大領域；自有產品應用不同領域；保持高速優勢領域；籌建技術研究院。

Opened up the railway communication market and urban traffic market, including three fields of rail transit traffic, urban traffic and highway, etc. kept the highway advantages and prepared 

and constructed the Technology Research Institute.

• 2007年：自研產品定型；保持三大領域并行發展；自主研發產品取得階段性成果。

• 2008年：自主定型產品擴大；三大領域業績穩步提升；自研產品開設實驗局；實現戰略轉型第1階段目標。

• 2009年：設立自研產品試驗局，確立三大交通行業地位，設立國內七大片區；實現國際項目零的突破；自主研發產品均實現銷售。

Establish the industrial role of the three major areas of traffic; found seven sales regions; realized the international project breakthrough.

（4）高速成長階段（2010年開始）

• 2010年：自研產品擴大應用，新產品銷售達30%；國際市場正式規?；\作。并確定了整體搬遷無錫的重大決策。

The international market has developed along the right line; and determined the whole company to be relocated in Wuxi city.

• 2011年：公司整體從北京搬遷到無錫，力圖打造國際化智能交通產業園，實現飛躍發展。

The company relocated from Beijing to Wuxi; and achieved a rapid development; founded Jiangsu ITS-IOT engineering and technology research center, Undertook Jiangsu IOT application and demonstration project.

• 2012年：實現國內一、二、三線城市全階梯覆蓋，深入拓展國際戰略合作并取得成果；發起并成功組建“無錫市智能交通產業聯盟”。

The company is trying to realize nationwide coverage of first-tier, second-tier and third-tier cities, to deepen international strategic cooperation and has achieved good results; We successfully organized Wuxi ITS League; Recognized as the Jiangsu innovation team.

• 2013年：深入開拓國內、國際市場，積極發揮智能交通產業聯盟理事長單位作用，整合產業鏈中上下游企業資源，推動中國智能交通產業的發展。同時成功突破智慧城市領域，為公司多業務、全方位發展打下良好的基礎。

We further opened up national and international markets; As a president unit in ITS industry, we played an active role in integrating resources of companies in the industry chain to push 

forward the development of Chinese ITS industry. We successfully made breakthrough in the field of wisdom city and laid a good foundation for to multi service and all-round development of the company.

• 2014年：正式啟動集團化運作，業務方向多元化。積極參與城市級智能交通整體設計、規劃、實施以及維護，成為了智慧城市建設中重要組成部分。

Collectivize operation is officially launched and the business is diversified. We played an active role in the overall design, planning, implementation and maintenance of city Intelligent Traffic, 

and became an important part of the construction of wisdom city.
